JAE PROPERTIES, INC. has successfully managed over 2,00 units of family, elderly and cooperative housing over the last three decades in California, Maryland, Illinois, and Ohio. As specialists in the management of low and moderate income rental properties, JAE has developed cost-effective systems for maintaining the physical and financial integrity of residential housing projects, including initial occupancy procedures, staffing/training, financial reporting and resident-owner-management relations. Property management is the cornerstone of the services of JAE Properties.
In its mid-life the bulk of the Company’s management inventory was folded into a new management company, Gateway Property Management, under the ownership of JAE Properties and its primary partner. That union was dissolved when the entire portfolio and the company was sold in 1995.
JAE Properties, Inc., however, maintained its separate portfolio by managing a few projects throughout its history. The Company presently manages three projects:
