The staff has worked successfully  in the past as a liaison between non-profit sponsors and funding  authorities to secure financial support for non-profit housing  ventures.

Two projects that JAE provided this service for were EE Cleveland Manor, a Section 202 project located in Oakland, CA.  This project had an original HUD note of $2,858,800 and 55 units.  JAE also managed this project from 1989 unitl 2000.  Sonrise Senior Citizen Villa is another Section 202 project, with a HUD mortgage of $3,552,000.  JAE continues to manage this 80 unit project.
