inventory of Gateway Property Management Company which was sold by JAE PROPERTIES, INC. This Bay Area company is successfully managing units in eight states by utilizing techniques which have evolved in part from JAE's
previous housing management experience. JAE served as the property manager of EC Reems Gardens, a 120 unit rehabilitation of an existing 140 unit property. The property was converted to a Low Income Housing Tax Creidt project in
January 1997. JAE performed the initial lease up and certification of the residents and provided management through to occupancy stabilization, for a total of 38 months.
